About the Role

You will be joining the world’s number 1 business coaching firm, targeting clients with £1m+ turnover for 121 business coaching.

You will join a small, dedicated team and will be working closely with the business owner and team members to ensure success.

You will be responsible for:


  • Building the prospect database
  • Developing and implementing your chosen marketing strategies
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospects
  • Converting prospects to signed clients
  • Handing signed clients over the relevant Business Coach professionally to ensure client retention
  • Ensuring all data is maintained on the CRM system and your KPIs and results are visible at all times

  • Flexible working – an office base with some scheduled meetings and the opportunity to WFH
  • Basic pay FTE £35,000-£45,000, uncapped bonus scheme once minimum performance standards are met – OTE estimated at £90,000-£100,000 p.a.
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays + an extra day off when your birthday falls on a working day

  • Are you pro-active and a supportive team player who will muck in and ensure everyone wins?
  • Are you resilient to setbacks in the sales process, learning from challenges to drive continuous improvement and having a can do attitude to just keep going until you win?
