Service Manager

An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Service Manager to manage an eating disorder treatment centre based in the South West of London.

As a Service Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

This special treatment centre is an innovative eating disorder service, providing an alternative to traditional hospital eating disorder treatment.

As a Service Manager your day to day duties include:

·         To ensure that all colleagues provide excellent standards of care to the people we support, with a focus on positive outcomes, promoting choice and independence and positive behavioural support.

·         To Ensure that all care plans are person-centred, reviewed and updated regularly.

·         The successful candidate will lead, develop and support the highly skilled therapy team to deliver a market leading therapeutic programme made up of talking therapy, and exposure therapy

·         The successful candidate will also support, train and develop the nursing team in driving change and keeping our clients safe.

·         Developing community relationships to support the return to the community for our clients as they exit treatment is vital to a well led service

·         Report to the Hospital Director, and support with developing the site as a market leading provider of extended care for eating disorders


The successful Service Manager will receive an excellent annual salary up to £45,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working for 37.5 hours a week.
