Our client is a Design & Build Company based in Wigan, WN5 8EA.

They are currently recruiting an experienced Site Joiner who is highly motivated and driven with a supervisory background. 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have –


  • At least NVQ Level 3 in Site Carpentry & Joinery
  • A number of years supervisory experience with ideally an SMSTS qualification (SSSTS as a minimum)
  • Hold a full UK driving licence

This is a key role reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, however you should have the ability to co-ordinate and manage direct and subcontracted labour, ensuring each project is completed on time, within budget and to the high standards.

You must have an eye for detail and up to date on all necessary H & S procedures and guidelines.

A CSCS card at least Gold level, along with First Aid at Work certification, Asbestos Awareness and Fire Marshall training as standard.

This is a full-time permanent position, to start imminently.

The normal hours of work on site are 07.30am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday (weekend and overtime may be necessary as and when required).
