Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Based in our offices in Barleythorpe, Oakham you will be responsible for educating and developing relationships with business owners within the company’s target market, building awareness of the company’s service offerings, filling events and generating leads in the Kettering, Corby, Market Harborough and Oakham area.

Your role will involve execution of the marketing plan of the business, with particular focus on direct B2B marketing and systemisation of the marketing of the business.

You’ll be expected to:


  • Telephone contact business owners to follow up direct marketing campaigns
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase visibility of the brand within the marketplace
  • Maintain a full CRM and lead-tracking system, analyse data to identify trends within the market and understand the ROI of each marketing channel

You will have considerable autonomy to test new ideas, and will be expected to measure carefully, so should be comfortable with analysis and review.

You will be expected to achieve or exceed lead generation targets agreed with the MD.

The role is part time with a salary pro-rate from £18K basic plus the opportunity of significant bonuses based on results (OTE £35 or more)
