Team Manager


  • Strong Safeguarding Experience

  • Experience in a children's and family setting

  • Experience of court work

  • Experience of being a lead officer for Section 47 work

  • Sound knowledge of legislation, child development

  • A key understanding of the key elements of the Children's Act or other legislation similar to the specific area

  • Knowledge of the local authorities key responsibilities for Looked after Children


  • Accessible parking with cheap rates

  • Some of the lowest caseloads in the West Midlands; 15 - 20 average

  • Flexible working negotiable

  • Telephone interviews will be considered

What you need:

  • HCPC registration

  • At least 2 years post-qualifying experience

  • Current DBS/DBS Update Service

  • Eligibility to work in the UK

  • Access to a car and a full UK driving licence
