eCommerce Administrator
Location: Birmingham
Salary: up 20,000£ per annum

Client Profile:
Origin Multilingual is proud to announce, we are searching for a eCommerce Administrator to join a multi-sector, serviced business.

This opportunity is offered on a full time and permanent basis. Our client is a leading global outsourcer within a multi sector capacity and is in partnership with a Public Services Provider.

Key Purpose:
The eCommerce Administrator will be responsible for managing a portfolio of supplier’s invoices.

Main Duties:

- Manage a portfolio of clients ensuring all errored documents are cleared on SAP and other programmes.
- Help suppliers to resolve any issues.
- Responsible for writing monthly statement reconciliations and account reviews in order to reduce debt and improve debt visibility.
- Monitoring of vendor accounts & technology platforms to ensure scheduled transmissions from suppliers.
- Ensuring SLA rules are followed at all times.
- Ensure best practice standards are adhered to.
- Support EDI suppliers at all times.

Personal Specification:

- Previous experience in process improvement including problem solving skills.
- Flexible approach and a “can do” attitude.
- Good Excel skills.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Passionate about query and error resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
