An exciting opportunity for a Telesales Executive to join a family run logistics provider.

You will be joining a company who are experiencing unprecedented growth in a results focused sales environment working towards achievable targets.

Our client offers the best courier solutions for their customers, with an online multi-carrier platform that allows them to make the best choice between service, speed of delivery and price to suit the needs of their business.

Main Responsibilities of the Telesales Executive

•              To be able to meet weekly targets and KPIs

•              Cold calling business to business, to immediately identify if they have a need for our service

•              Updating qualified leads in the CRM

•              Following up qualified leads to offer a 5 minute online demonstration

•              Negotiating prices with potential customers

•              Signing up new customers

•              Looking after your new customers as their account manager

Key Skills and Experience of the Telesales Executive / Lead Generator

•              Strong and effective communicator with an excellent telephone manner is essential for this role

•              Ability to be proactive with a positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude

•              A good team player, with the ability to work and be motivated independently

•              Demonstrate good attention to detail and organisational skills

•              PC literate

Although sales experience is preferred, a personality is more important as sales technique can be taught.

We do not use scripts, so you must be confident in your own abilities.

Established family run business since 1984 as a third-party logistics provider.  In 2012 a new division was established focused on International Air Freight.
