Billing Account Manager 

A leading heat interface unit equipment manufacturer based in Chessington, are seeking a Billing Account Manager to join their team.

The company ensures that they respond to customer queries or complaints quickly and effectively, and therefore the Billing Account Manager is a pivitol role. 

As a Billing Account Manager you will be responsible for the following:  

Summary of Main Responsibilities and Activities:

  • To report monthly to your clients and provide relevant reports showing funds that have been collected throughout the month.
  • To complete monthly/quarterly excel spreadsheets to issue to clients
  • Complete quarterly/monthly billing runs for your assigned accounts.
  • To complete Unit Rate checks to ensure resident bills are accurate 
  • Taking and redirecting enquiries where necessary
  • Successfully resolve all general queries or complaints from clients
  • Log all enquiries and conversations on our client database
  • Log any complaints and follow the timely complaints procedure
  • All diarised activities must be completed within agreed timescales.
  • Generate letters and final bills to consumers
  • Chase invoices to our clients
  • Taking consumer payments via our Worldpay service
  • Allocate payments received to the customer records
  • Any other task required to fulfil the role

Key Skill Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work as part of a small team and the ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to absorb and interpret relevant product knowledge
  • Good organisational and administrational skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Have a good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel

About the company 

"Evinox specialise in energy metering & billing, maintenance and on-going management of communal heating and hot water systems for apartments and communal housing schemes.

The Billing Department specialise as a billing agent collect money from residents in communal heating systems to return to the building managers/housing associations to cover all gas costs for the building development.

With this type of system residents buy energy ‘on demand’ (heat) rather than ‘raw fuel’ (gas). 

Our heat interface units have in-built energy meters and accurately monitor and record the energy used to provide heating and hot water to consumers.

We offer a range of billing services to our clients, from providing meter reading data for our clients so they can produce their own bills through to complete revenue management billing services to provide consumers with a fully itemised energy bill.

This can include pre-payment PaySmart system."
