Salary: Uncapped Earnings – £112,000 OTE average over 4 years

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to partner with a forward-thinking organisation.  The company provide you with the platform to truly take control of your earnings, your career and your work/life balance.

Our Sales Professionals will have the flexibility to work the hours they want and where they want and earnings will only ever be determined by the input.

This opportunity is ideal for a self-starter, driven to deliver a professional sales journey and more richly reap from their own efforts.

The flexibility of the systems allows you to generate your enquiries and data in any means best suited to you.

The company support on site applications as well as fully remote sales, giving you unrivalled flexibility to do the job to your best ability, with no restraints.

All of our Sales Managers will earn from both the initial sale of the solution, but also benefit from a customer lifelong revenue stream.

Each month you will cumulatively earn a split of the revenue the business is generating.

This is uncapped and paid to you for as long as the customer stays with us.


Month 13 – you have 12 months’ worth of cumulative businesses adding to your monthly revenue payments.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Source sales opportunities and use the suite of products and services available to close the sale
  • Process and complete the application with the customer in adherence with all relevant regulations
  • Upsell and cross sell to existing customer base
  • Retain business and ensure product usage to maximise earnings

Key Skills:-

  • Industry experience is not essential but beneficial.

    We can provide you all the tools and training needed and offer continued support.
  • Sales experience and proven track record in regional and national business development is beneficial.
  • You will ideally have experience in dealing with decision makers of independent businesses and have fantastic rapport building qualities.

    A natural engager, likeable and genuinely be-able to engage business owners and discuss our solutions in a consultative manner.
  • Knowledge and understanding on what it means to be self-employed are essential.
